What’s the difference between cloud migration and modernisation?

Migration moves the workload; modernisation changes how it works. Lift-and-shift gets you out of the data centre but rarely captures the value people expect from the cloud. We help leadership decide which workloads deserve which treatment, instead of doing both badly.
How do you balance speed of delivery with governance?
